I inherited my love of all things food from my wonderful Grandma Betty who was a highly skilled baker. I was able to enjoy learning from her and eating her fabulous Eccles Cakes and Yorkshire Parkin whenever I visited.
As an adult I’ve become a food tourist of sorts, spending weeks sometimes researching the food in places I am visiting and booking my holidays around places I really want to experience.
When I’m not being a food tourist I find myself cooking and getting creative in the kitchen, whether it’s a gelato for my Birthday or developing gluten, dairy, or vegan treats for my friends.
