Dominique Ansel Bakery

Most people know French-born, New York-based baker Dominique Ansel as the creator of the cronut (the croissant/doughnut) but this bakery provides so much more. The cookie shots of milk, the flowering hot chocolate, the DKA, the macarons. For sweet treats Dominique Ansel provides.

If you absolutely need your cronut fix you can order ahead on their website for collection in store. I’m still not convinced by the savoury treats I’ve sampled- the egg sandwich was not my jam- but everything sweet I have absolutely loved.
